Shipping Policy

Here's everything you need to know about how CoreNcore ships your order.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on which warehouse your item ships from. The estimate for each product is shown on its product page, so you always know before you order.
- Ships from our USA warehouse: 3–8 business days after processing.
- Ships from our overseas warehouse: 2–4 weeks after processing.
- If your order contains both, items may arrive separately.
- Delays can occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all USA orders — there is no minimum spend. Any charges that do apply are shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll add a tracking number to your order. You can track it anytime on our Track Order page.
5. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
6. Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
