Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at CoreNcore.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Personalised or custom-made products.
Items damaged through misuse after delivery.

3. How to Request a Return

Email us at info@corencore.com with your order number and reason.
We'll review and reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Ship the item back to the address we provide.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed back to your original PayPal account within 5–7 business days.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item was damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Note: As a dropshipping store, some items ship directly from our supplier. Return instructions and addresses may differ per product — we'll always confirm by email before you ship anything back.
